Lawrence is the President and CEO at the Norman Economic Development Coalition, which is dedicated to improving the quality of life of Norman residents by creating and retaining jobs. Additionally, Mr. McKinney serves as the Principal at Economic Professionals. Previously, he was the Principal at Convergent Nonprofit Solutions and CEO at Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce and EDO. Mr. McKinney received a B.B.A. degree in Economics and Finance from Augusta State University and a M.A. degree in International Business, Marketing and E-Commerce from Georgia State University.
