Matt is a business and real estate lawyer, with an emphasis on representing entrepreneurs, business owners, emerging growth companies, venture capital firms, private investors and real estate developers in all aspects of commercial transactions, including contract negotiations, mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, technology transactions and commercial real estate transactions.

Matt serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Oklahoma School of Law teaching Startups and Venture Capital, an advisor to the Entrepreneur Law Clinic, and he is a frequent lecturer at the University of Oklahoma’s College of Business discussing issues pertaining to our region’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Matt received his law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He received his BBA with a specialization in Finance from the University of Tulsa.
